近十年(nian)來,由于(yu)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)緊張,隨(sui)著節(jie)能(neng)(neng)工作進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)開展。各(ge)種(zhong)新型(xing),節(jie)能(neng)(neng)先進(jin)(jin)爐型(xing)日(ri)趨(qu)完善,且采用(yong)新型(xing)耐火纖維(wei)等專(zhuan)業保溫(wen)材料后使得爐窯散熱(re)(re)損失明顯下降。采用(yong)先進(jin)(jin)的燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)裝置強(qiang)化了(le)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao),降低(di)了(le)不(bu)完全燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)量,空燃(ran)(ran)比也(ye)趨(qu)于(yu)合理。然而,降低(di)排煙熱(re)(re)損失和(he)回(hui)收煙氣(qi)余(yu)熱(re)(re)的技(ji)術仍進(jin)(jin)展不(bu)快。為了(le)進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)高窯爐的熱(re)(re)效率,達到(dao)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)降耗的目的,回(hui)收煙氣(qi)余(yu)熱(re)(re)也(ye)是一項重要的節(jie)能(neng)(neng)途徑。
